Earth Day

The Butterfly release got off to a slow start....our butterflies seemed content to stay in their artificial home.

We have a new friend!

Meet Christian! He joined our class today and made instant friends! I'm happy to say that all the children were very friendly and open to the idea of another friend, way to go kids!

We have four butterflies now and will release them on Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22, 2009.

We talked about what it takes to make a flower grow and then we went outside to plant seeds, we will keep watching them to see how they progress.

The Hunt!

There is nothing sadder than an indoor egg hunt, but due to the weather, that's what we had, the children didn't seem to mind! Hope you had a chance to go to an outdoor one on Saturday.
